Chaotic Fringe is not a radical publication. It's just one guy's view on the world, expressed in a thorough, entertaining fashion, on a monthly basis. While this really is a pop culture-focused periodical, it is highly critical of the mainstream. CF is a Generation X zine about one guy, his life, his loves and his view of the world, created to dispel the assumption of wasted, vapid individuals that the so-called media has placed on Generation X. Contains articles, commentary and reviews.
